Sabinus, a popular Nigerian comedian and sketch maker, has thanked a photographer with a hefty prize of N500,000.

The incident took place during a recent charity football tournament organized by Super Eagles captain Williams Troost-Ekong.

Sabinus resorted to social media to publish a beautiful photo of himself from the event that aroused his interest.

In his post, he sought the identity of the photographer and said: “ABEGY WHICH CAMERA GUY TOOK ME THIS PHOTO, YOU DESERVE A GIFT.”

The photographer, known on social media platform X as @PoojaMedia, quickly identified himself and shared the original photo link on his page.

Sabinus responded quickly and kindly, transferred N500,000 to the photographer and provided a snapshot of the transaction for verification.

“Oga Pooja runs this @PoojaMedia. Thank you very much,” Sabinus wrote.

Overwhelmed by the unexpected reward, photographer @PoojaMedia reacted excitedly.

“An opportunity and an amount of 500,000 in the account. I thought it was a NEPA alarm when the alarm came through. Thank you for this. Highly appreciate. Time to paint Uyo red,’ @PoojaMedia said.
