A spokesperson for SpareFoot responded to the findings:

“As we enter spring, many people will be thinking about starting their 2024 home improvement projects that they have on their bucket list.

“This is the ideal time, as the weather is starting to warm up, but it hasn’t yet become too hot to do manual labor – especially if it’s a small, unventilated bathroom you’ll be working on.

“In fact, the bathroom turned out to be the room Americans are most eager to improve, with approximately 256,000 searches per month for ‘bathroom renovation.’ This is almost double the number of searches for ‘kitchen renovation’, which receives an average of 138,770 searches per month.”
