Reasons why I cried in college

This week’s Set of the Week comes from Kat Wickham, former swimmer at the University of Utah (SKO Utes).

This week’s set is similar to something us distance swimmers would do three or four times a year in college at the University of Utah. Head distance coach Michelle Lowry got this set from her time at Bolles. Add laps and adjust the intervals as necessary, but keep in mind that the set should challenge you to change the speed, especially from the 400-500.
