BUONDI coffee produced in Rock in Rio will be reused to replenish the soil in Parque Tejo.

This edition, which welcomed 300,000 visitors, resulted in the production of more than 400 kilograms of ground coffee from the coffee offered during the four days of the festival, almost three times the amount of the previous edition. These lands will be reused to help regenerate the soil of Parque Tejo, as part of the sustainability measures implemented by the brand, in order to give a second life to the coffee grounds produced during the festival.

The choice of coffee and how it is produced is increasingly important, which is why BUONDI once again brought its organic range, BUONDI Organic, to the festival, which is Rainforest Alliance and BIO certified. This coffee is responsibly sourced and produced at NestlĂ©’s factory in Porto. The coffee is served in recyclable paper cups, contributing to NestlĂ©’s commitment to reduce the use of virgin plastic in its packaging by a third by 2025.
